On February 6, 2026, H.E. Yang Shu, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Grenada, met with Dr. Marios Loukas, President of SGU. The two sides exchanged views on China-Grenada higher education cooperation.

Ambassador Yang expressed China’s readiness to actively support academic exchanges and personnel training between universities of the two countries, so as to contribute to mutual understanding between the two peoples and deepen bilateral relations.

President Loukas expressed hope to further expand exchanges and cooperation with Chinese universities in various areas.
