On August 27, Ambassador Ren Hongyan met with Dr. Bhoendradatt Tewarie, a prominent scholar from Trinidad and Tobago and former Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of the West Indies.

The both sides had an in-depth exchange of views on broad issues of mutual interest and agreed to strengthen cooperation in academic, cultural, educational and other fields.
